Job Responsibility:
Helps to maintain dashboards, newsletters, and CRM with insights
Maintains and updates profiles of key global customers (QSR and C-store) with menu changes, location growth, and KPI tracking, etc
Key support function within the foodservice marketing team and all regions to monitor and analyze competitive landscapes and market dynamics that drive go-to-market strategy
Participate in team meetings, innovation workshops, and industry events with valuable insights
Monitor and summarize competitive landscapes and market dynamics across countries
Assist in collecting, organizing, and digitalizing market data from multiple regions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in Market Insights, Market Research, or a related analytical role
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Beginner to competent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
