Job Description:

Support research projects to identify key foodservice trends, customer trends, and opportunities in foodservice globally. Be part of a team that operates across multiple regions and cultures giving you daily exposure to international business perspectives and a global professional network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Helps to maintain dashboards, newsletters, and CRM with insights
  • Maintains and updates profiles of key global customers (QSR and C-store) with menu changes, location growth, and KPI tracking, etc
  • Key support function within the foodservice marketing team and all regions to monitor and analyze competitive landscapes and market dynamics that drive go-to-market strategy
  • Participate in team meetings, innovation workshops, and industry events with valuable insights
  • Monitor and summarize competitive landscapes and market dynamics across countries
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and digitalizing market data from multiple regions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Market Insights, Market Research, or a related analytical role
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Beginner to competent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
