Job Description:

As a Junior FX Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients, primarily via cold calling. Your goal will be to identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and build long-term relationships. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from finding new leads to closing contracts, while developing a solid understanding of the B2B currency payments market and offering customized solutions to customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities, contacting potential SMEs interested in making currency payments and exchange rate risk management more efficient. Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Customer engagement: Act as a strategic partner for customers, understanding their needs and translating them into customized solutions
  • Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting activities, to contract closure and customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the FX market, build a strong network, and use these skills to support clients in achieving their strategic goals
  • Customer relationship management: Maintain and nurture customer relationships through proactive communication, using CRM tools to monitor interactions and update relevant information

Requirements:

  • Determination and ambition: Proactive, motivated, ambitious and success-oriented person, always looking for new challenges and opportunities in a competitive context
  • Commercial experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales roles, preferably telephone sales (cold calling). Knowledge of the currency market and B2B payments is considered a plus
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English
  • Communication and analytical skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, business skills, and strong analytical skills
  • Initiative and proactivity: Spirit of initiative, desire to face challenges and achieve excellent results by working by objectives
  • Team spirit: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ambitious sales team
  • Strategic vision: Ability to use analysis and business skills to help develop sales strategies and grow your team
