Job Description:

Junior Fullstack Developer role at Citi Solutions Center Poland, offering the opportunity to shape regulatory platform technology within global private banking area and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders around the globe.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify and define necessary system enhancements
Consult with users, clients, and other tech groups, recommending programming solutions, and supporting customer-facing systems
Identify problems, analyze information, make judgments, and implement solutions
Resolve issues by applying technical experience and following precedents
Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges at appropriate time to address project delivery risks

Requirements:

At least 2 years of previous experience
Previous experience with Java and/or Angular
Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, document specs, and possess strong communication skills

Nice to have:

Previous experience in Financial Service industry
Previous experience with Spring, Kafka and MongoDB
