Job Responsibility:
Help scale Omnea through its next phase of growth
Have real ownership and influence as we move from startup to scale-up
Help build one of Europe’s defining enterprise software companies
Be involved in key product decisions, including prioritising product roadmap, defining project scopes, and technical direction
Have end-to-end ownership of projects from product, design and architectural decisions to deployment, monitoring and measuring impact
Work across the stack, covering everything from DevOps to styling
Deploy small, incremental changes to production multiple times per day
Help scale product, architecture and processes efficiently while maintaining performance and reliability
Engage with customers, understand their experience, and iterate products based on their input
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience shipping production web applications
Experience taking features from concept to live deployment
Ideally experience in a full-stack TypeScript and AWS environment
Comfortable completing a pair-programming interview in JavaScript or TypeScript
A few years' experience
Driven by impact and eager to contribute to systems that matter
Cares deeply about what good engineering looks like
Comfortable moving across the stack
Motivated by getting things done and moving quickly from idea to implementation
Actively looks for ownership and responsibility
Invested in being part of a high-performing team
