Job Responsibility

  • Assist in organization and coordination of international transport
  • Assist in the calculation of rates for transportation, in accordance to traffic conditions
  • Create transport orders in Oracle Transport Management
  • Search for new careers and development of cooperation with them
  • Conduct negotiations

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including AQIS inspections, fumigation, RACA, RMP, and MPI requirements
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle administrative tasks related to airfreight documentation and compliance
