The aim of the Junior Franchise Recruiter position is to support the sourcing, selection, and training of our franchisees. This is a critical role within our local team. This role provides comprehensive support to the Partnership Manager in the administrative and back office duties related to new points of sales openings and assists franchisees with all the pre-opening procedures that might also include cooperation with other departments, colleagues such as logistics & supply chain, finance, and administration.
Job Responsibility:
Support the sourcing, selection, and training of our franchisees
Support the Partnership Manager in administrative and back office duties related to new points of sales openings
Assist franchisees with all the pre-opening procedures
Support in the research and identify new networks, communities and methods of attracting suitable franchisees
Create talent banks for potential franchise partners
Support PM in maintaining new openings, recruitment, and training tracker
Support PM in tracking the source of 'hire'
Support in the update of the database of all kiosk locations
Support the partnership manager with contract creation and filing
Coordinate and ensure our Franchise partners receive the correct induction training
Support the partnership manager to ensure new Partners' training is tracked and signed off correctly
Support your local team in the planning and delivery of successful openings of new points of sales
Support the Partnership Manager to deliver Partner newsletter
Support the Partnership Manager with group-level partner projects, engaging partners and your local team in these projects, and tracking the impact of those projects
Support in the planning and organising of events and meetings for franchise partners
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, training, and sales would be beneficial
Ability to effectively multitask within a fast-paced environment
Constantly curious to learn new things and to find new ways of finding franchise partners
Positively passionate about our Brand and able to share that enthusiasm with our potential franchise partners
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a highly productive team, while also being capable of autonomous working
Fluent in English & French (both spoken and written)
Reliable and efficient with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of Asian culture and cuisine is an advantage
Nice to have:
Any additional Asian language skills are highly advantageous
