As a Junior FP&A & Investor Relations Manager at Westwing, you will work across financial planning and investor relations for one of Europe's leading home and living e-commerce companies. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A & Investor Relations, you will work closely with the broader team across both functions. This is a high-visibility role that demands strong numerical and analytical capabilities, rigorous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to drive workstreams independently in a fast-paced, listed-company environment. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
Job Responsibility
Manage all IR operations and investor-facing materials end-to-end, including earnings press releases (English and German), investor presentations, speaker notes, earnings call support, IR website maintenance, sell-side consensus monitoring, and listed peers monitoring
Contribute to the FP&A cycle, including reforecasting, budget preparation, and management reporting
Support and streamline data gathering and analysis, promoting automation into both FP&A and IR workflows to reduce manual effort, improve insights and accuracy, and accelerate delivery across recurring and ad-hoc tasks
Build and maintain financial models, working closely with the broader FP&A & IR team and commercial stakeholders
Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders across all business areas
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a quantitative or finance-related role, with a strong track record of analytical and numerical delivery
Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills and a strong appetite for working with data
Demonstrable working knowledge of AI tools and automation to enhance analytical workflows
Intellectual curiosity, a proactive and ownership-driven mindset, rigorous attention to detail, a highly organised working style, and an eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact
Near-native level German and fluency in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across all levels and functions of the organisation
