As a Finance Applications Implementer, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of billing and financial processes and experience working with platforms such as Zuora and NetSuite. The ideal candidate can quickly understand our current system setup and business objectives in order to support implementation initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement. You will join our global team and collaborate closely with multiple departments across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the implementation and configuration of finance application solutions, primarily within Zuora and integrated platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Translate business requirements and functional specifications into system configurations and process improvements
  • Design, test, and implement solutions that support billing, invoicing, collections, and other financial workflows while aligning with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Business Operations, Delivery, and Support to support system initiatives and operational needs
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of integrated systems across Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite to support billing and revenue operations
  • Support cross-platform initiatives involving financial processes and system integrations
  • Work within an agile environment by participating in requirement gathering, documenting user stories, and supporting testing and system validation
  • Document system configurations, process flows, and technical design specifications

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting implementations or process improvements in billing or other finance teams
  • Understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with system platforms such as Zuora, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP solutions
  • Understanding of system scalability, security, and maintainability considerations in system design and development
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with Zuora Platform operations or subscription management platforms
  • Exposure to system automation, scripting, or platform customization
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development in financial systems, billing operations, or CRM platforms
