Junior Financial Analyst

• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying causes and proposing recommendations
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management
• Contribute to the improvement of financial performance tracking tools
• Participate in financial analyses as part of special projects (cost optimization, investments, etc.)
• Collaborate with various internal teams (accounting, operations, IT) to gather relevant information
• Support initiatives for automation and optimization of financial analysis processes
• Participate in documenting processes and implementing best practices

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• An accounting designation (CPA in progress or completed) is an asset
• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, accounting tools, and a good understanding of accounting principles
• Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
