We are looking for a Junior/Intermediate FP&A Financial Analyst to join a growing and transforming company. Job Responsibility:
Participate in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts, and contribute to annual strategic planning
Analyze variances between actual results and budgets, identify trends, and propose recommendations to improve performance
Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and conduct profitability analyses by product, project, or client
Collaborate with the accounting team for month-end close, preparation of financial statements, and monitoring of cash receipts, expenses, and account reconciliations
Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing and automating financial and accounting processes to improve efficiency and data reliability
Provide ad hoc analyses and financial and operational KPIs to support management in its strategic and operational decisions
Requirements:
Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Good understanding of accounting principles and the closing process
Analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify financial information
Initiative and motivation to grow in a developing role
Nice to have:
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
