Job Description

In this role, you’ll support our Consumer Finance team by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service: Perform cash allocation, bank reconciliations, and account balancing; Prepare reconciliation reports and support month-end close activities; Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes; Maintain accurate customer accounts, process refunds, adjustments, and cancellations; Provide data entry and administrative support to ensure smooth operations; Deliver a high standard of service to both internal and external customers

Job Responsibility

  • Perform cash allocation, bank reconciliations, and account balancing
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and support month-end close activities
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes
  • Maintain accurate customer accounts, process refunds, adjustments, and cancellations

Requirements

  • Experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
  • Strong reconciliation, reporting, and data handling skills
  • Knowledge of cash handling, allocation, balancing, and currency conversion
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
