Are you motivated by partnering with senior stakeholders to drive profitable growth across regions and functions? Then you might be our new Junior Finance Partner Commercial. As Junior Finance Partner Commercial you will be instrumental in the financial support to the entire Commercial organization — covering three global Sales Regions, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Customer Experience. You will play a central role supporting the Finance Partner Commercial in driving transparency on revenue growth, margin development, commercial investments, and customer profitability. You will support decision-making across go-to-market strategy, sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer lifecycle initiatives — ensuring financial discipline while enabling growth. You will be part of the global Finance Partnering & Planning and Business Intelligence department, anchored within the CFO area, and work closely with commercial leadership across regions and functions in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct finance partnering to the Commercial organization, covering three Sales Regions, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Customer Experience
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Create revenue and gross margin transparency through price/mix/volume analysis, customer profitability, and regional performance tracking
  • Support strategic initiatives and growth programs through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case validation
  • Provide financial input to go-to-market decisions, new product launches, pricing initiatives, and commercial models
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and drive performance improvement actions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business partnering, FP&A, or management consulting within a multinational company
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers, margin dynamics, and commercial performance metrics
  • Advanced methodological and problem-solving skills, including ability to simplify for decision-making
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Structured, self‑driven, and business‑oriented mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
