Junior Finance Business Controller

• Participate in deliver of accurate financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting aligned with Group standards
• Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making across Commercial, Sales & Marketing teams
• Coordination of financial processes including actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Aquire expertise on specific parts of the Nordic P&L to drive important deviations and trends
• Support transformation initiatives to help shape modern finance function
• Improve processes by spotting ways to make them smoother and more efficient, including using tools to automate tasks

• Proven experience in finance, FP&A, or business controlling
• Education in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with financial data visualisation
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced matrixed organisation
• Fluency in English & Swedish
