This is a new junior role created to support Tech FP&A and give you early exposure to how a global company thinks about effective allocation of its resources, investment priorities, and long-term value creation. You won’t just prepare reports - you’ll work close to the numbers and the people using them. Job Responsibility:
Monthly variance analysis - SG&A reporting, cost drivers (people, software, cloud), and explaining what changed and why
Cloud cost & FinOps support - tracking spend, spotting trends and anomalies, supporting optimization with Engineering
Forecasting & planning - quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and headcount planning with HR
KPIs & ad-hoc analysis - supporting performance tracking and real business questions
Process improvements - helping make reporting and data work better over time
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
1-2 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controlling
Strong Excel skills and comfort with larger datasets
High attention to detail and solid analytical thinking
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Nice to have:
Exposure to Tech, Product, or Engineering teams
Experience with cloud costs, BI tools
