Flightright handles the entire claims process—from assessing compensation eligibility to legal enforcement—ensuring that passengers receive the justice and financial settlements they are entitled to, even if it means taking the case to court.
Job Responsibility:
Written customer communication (no phone calls)
Processing and booking incoming payments (e.g. from airlines, lawyers, customers)
Invoice creation
Maintaining and entering relevant payment data into the system
Close collaboration within the Finance team and with the wider Operations department
Requirements:
Very good German skills (essential, as most customer communication is in German)
Affinity for numbers / analytical mindset
Confident use of MS Office
Fluent English skills
Nice to have:
Initial experience in finance, payments, or administrative roles
