Job Responsibility

  • Manage Carrying out cashier duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Processing customer transactions, including cash, card, and electronic payments
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy while handling cash and balancing daily receipts
  • Ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation at the end of each shift
  • Assist in preparing daily cash reports and submitting them to the accounts department

Requirements

  • G.C.E Advanced Level. (Preferred Commerce Stream)
  • Degree or Diploma on any finance related qualifications
  • Prior experience on cashier duties would be an added advantage

  • Participate to data migrations and system conversion activities
  • Under supervision of Project management you will be in charge of the implementation of the Finance modules (General Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Asset Management…), you will support customers with your expertise and guiding in the change management process.
