Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Brand Officer and senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy and collaborative team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the Chief Brand Officer's day-to-day activities, managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel and meetings, and providing seamless administrative support to senior stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing and coordinating complex and ever-changing diaries for the Chief Brand Officer, ensuring priorities are effectively managed and sufficient preparation time is allocated
  • Preparing and drafting correspondence, emails, meeting agendas and supporting documentation
  • Taking minutes and meeting notes, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including room bookings, visitor arrangements, refreshments and meeting logistics
  • Organising off-site meetings, conferences and events, including venue sourcing, budgeting and supplier management
  • Managing multiple electronic diaries across international time zones, including London and Cape Town
  • Arranging extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and detailed travel itineraries
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records for timely submission
  • Supporting members of the senior leadership team with diary management, travel bookings, presentations and expenses
  • Coordinating team meetings, communications and wider administrative activities
  • Providing general administrative support as required

  • Comfortable using a variety of business systems for expenses, purchase orders and administration
  • Extensive experience arranging complex international travel itineraries
  • Experience organising corporate meetings, events and conferences
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant is preferred
