We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Brand Officer and senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy and collaborative team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the Chief Brand Officer's day-to-day activities, managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel and meetings, and providing seamless administrative support to senior stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Managing and coordinating complex and ever-changing diaries for the Chief Brand Officer, ensuring priorities are effectively managed and sufficient preparation time is allocated
Preparing and drafting correspondence, emails, meeting agendas and supporting documentation
Taking minutes and meeting notes, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up
Coordinating internal and external meetings, including room bookings, visitor arrangements, refreshments and meeting logistics
Organising off-site meetings, conferences and events, including venue sourcing, budgeting and supplier management
Managing multiple electronic diaries across international time zones, including London and Cape Town
Arranging extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and detailed travel itineraries
Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records for timely submission
Supporting members of the senior leadership team with diary management, travel bookings, presentations and expenses
Coordinating team meetings, communications and wider administrative activities
Providing general administrative support as required
Requirements

Previous experience providing diary and executive support at senior or C-suite level
Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and changing demands
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Comfortable using a variety of business systems for expenses, purchase orders and administration
Extensive experience arranging complex international travel itineraries
Experience organising corporate meetings, events and conferences
A minimum of two years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant is preferred
