The Junior Executive Assistant will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day business operations and personal matters for busy executives. This role includes administrative coordination, project support, and lifestyle management across various professional and personal domains.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for senior executive
Proactively manage the executive schedule
Bring consistency and structure to meetings, documentation, and day-to-day operations through strong organization and attention to detail
Provide administrative assistance on various projects as needed
Assist with general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing expenses, and liaising with vendors
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in an administrative role required
Must have excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
