Job Description

Proactive and highly organised Junior Executive Assistant to provide shared support to members of the Exec Team, assisting with day-to-day coordination, calendar management, and event organisation. Key player in maintaining office presence, supporting company events, and workplace initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist Exec/Leadership Team with diary management and meeting coordination
  • Manage calendars and room bookings
  • Organize domestic and international travel
  • Help prepare materials for Exec Week activities and events
  • Provide reception cover during absences
  • Contribute to People & Workplace initiatives
  • Establish strong working relationships across the business

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, reception, or junior EA/PA role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Google Suite and video conferencing tech
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
