Job Responsibility

  • Take full ownership of event operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
  • Lead the setup and layout of event spaces to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life with creativity and precision
  • Source and organise catering, supplies, and vendors while adhering to timelines and budgets
  • Prepare all details, from seating arrangements to tech setups, in advance
  • Act as the main contact for vendors, guests, and staff during events
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for a secure environment
  • Tackle client or guest concerns quickly to enhance their experience
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on event materials and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and assist the Workspace Operations team when needed

Requirements

  • 2 years in event management or a client-facing role (hospitality experience welcomed)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Proficiency in event management software and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Tripleseat)
  • Experience managing budgets for efficient event delivery
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in event settings
  • Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively
  • Right to work in the UK
