We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Event Marketer to join our third-stage rocket ship! You are excited about event execution, international coordination, and building memorable experiences that contribute directly to AppTweak’s growth. As a Junior Event Marketer, you will play a key role in executing AppTweak’s ambitious event and webinar roadmap across EMEA, AMER, and APAC. You will collaborate closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Revenue, and local teams worldwide to ensure each event is flawlessly delivered and contributes to business growth. Your Mission: Execute AppTweak’s global event and webinar strategy by managing and coordinating high-impact conferences, partner activations, and AppTweak-owned events and webinars across our key regions, driving pipeline growth and brand visibility.
Job Responsibility:
Support the execution of AppTweak’s global event and webinar strategy across 3 main regions
Manage the end-to-end organization of 50+ events per year, including: Industry conferences and tradeshows, AppTweak-owned events (VIP dinners, workshops, happy hours…), Partner events with key ecosystem players
Lead sponsorship execution, including negotiation support and logistical coordination
Coordinate venue sourcing and booking for AppTweak-hosted events
Kick off event preparation with internal teams: Marketing & Design (branding, booth assets, promotional materials), Revenue teams (sales alignment, event tracking sheet, registrations, travel arrangements)
Manage event and webinar promotion campaigns pre- and post-event
Work with local teams to ensure smooth execution and maximum regional impact (especially for APAC events)
Track event and webinar performance and reporting, including: Cost overview, Pipeline influence and ROI, Learnings and suggestions for future improvements
Travel to selected EMEA events to ensure on-site success and flawless delivery
Requirements:
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in English (written + spoken)
Comfortable with reporting and tracking event impact on the pipeline
Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
Multi-tasker with a strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Team player mindset with a collaborative approach
Nice to have:
Background in business, event management, marketing, or related studies
First internship or experience in events, marketing, or global organizations
