We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. In less than six years, Mileway has grown into Europe’s leader in last mile logistics real estate, with a 550-plus team across twenty seven offices in eleven countries. Please note that this will be a fixed term contract for 1 year. Are you a data‑driven problem solver who wants to turn ESG data into real business impact? We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Junior ESG Data Analyst to join our Amsterdam team. Join Mileway’s pan‑European ESG team and help us raise the bar on how we collect, validate, visualize and use sustainability data across the portfolio. You’ll work with and create ESG dashboards and monitor ESG data quality —partnering closely with country teams, wider ESG team, and IT. This role is responsible for the collection and maintenance of over 400,000 ESG data points.
Job Responsibility:
Organisation and validation of quarterly and annual data collection campaigns throughout different departments and teams at Mileway
Ensuring ESG data quality and maintenance, support and improve further development of the ESG data model
Run the quarterly data cycle: plan timelines, guide country teams, publish validation guidance, and ensure completeness/quality across LED, EPC, EV chargers, green building certifications, solar, and fossil fuel exposure
Design & evolve Power BI dashboards that drive action: build, iterate and maintain ESG dashboards (e.g., data Flags/validation views), monitor usage, and translate feedback into improvements
Partner cross‑functionally: work with ESG reporting, portfolio/asset management and IT so ESG data informs decision‑making and leadership reporting
Requirements:
Up to three years’ experience in a relevant area, and preferably with a focus on real estate or ESG data
Eye for detail and strong numerical and analytical skills and ability to work with big data sets
Excel, Power BI and Power Query proficiency (data modeling, UX for adoption) and comfort working across enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Yardi, SharePoint DMS)
A structured approach to data validation and stakeholder comms, coordinating multi‑country reporting with clear, practical guidance
Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., GRESB) and the ability to turn requirements into data models, dashboards and actionable insights
A continuous‑improvement mindset and experience collaborating with IT/data teams on process enhancements (from tooling to data quality)
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against deadlines
