Job Responsibility:

  • PMO (Project Management Assistance)
  • Functional Design: preparing and animating workshops, modelling processes in the tool
  • Defining and executing change management activities (communication, trainings)
  • Accompanying client users during the solution roll-out
  • Producing high-quality deliverables under supervision

Requirements:

  • A starter or young professional freshly graduated from a master’s degree, preferably in business management, business engineering or technology/Computer Science, looking for a full-time job
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in Dutch, and English
  • You are open to travel, and prove an ability to adapt to changes related to the function of consultant (diverse assignments, travels, workplaces, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in digital transformations (ERP knowledge is a plus)
  • Team player, able to work independently
  • Hands-on, result-oriented, can-do mentality
  • Strong analytical capabilities with effective interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

  • French would be beneficial as well but not essential
  • ERP knowledge is a plus
