In this role, you will be responsible for supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle with the company – from onboarding to offboarding – ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience. You will collaborate closely with other HR functions and business stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate HR processes.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies
Manage administrative HR tasks including onboarding, employment changes, contract preparation, and terminations
Handle employee inquiries via various communication channels and ensure a high standard of service
Maintain and update employee records in internal HR systems
Cooperate with payroll, recruitment, and training teams to ensure data consistency and process alignment
