Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle with the company – from onboarding to offboarding – ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience. You will collaborate closely with other HR functions and business stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate HR processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies
  • Manage administrative HR tasks including onboarding, employment changes, contract preparation, and terminations
  • Handle employee inquiries via various communication channels and ensure a high standard of service
  • Maintain and update employee records in internal HR systems
  • Cooperate with payroll, recruitment, and training teams to ensure data consistency and process alignment
  • Prepare HR-related documentation (e.g., employment contracts, annexes, certificates, employment confirmations)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor law requirements
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR processes by sharing ideas and identifying opportunities for simplification or automation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), min C1
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in daily work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is an advantage
  • Fluent in Serbian (written and spoken) is an asset
