Job Description:

K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of unique end-to-end consultative solutions in the enterprise applications, AI, and cloud space. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EMEA Accountant to support our Finance operations across the region. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. Success in this role requires a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and reconcile bank accounts across the EMEA region
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in SAP and maintain the general ledger
  • Oversee accounts payable: supplier management, payment processing, and vendor queries
  • Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and VAT
  • Respond to audit requests and ensure relevant documentation is prepared and available
  • Monitor and manage the accounting inbox to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Oversee expense note processing for regional employees, ensuring compliance with policy
  • Contribute to the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Assist in preparing reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit, including preparation of audit schedules and provision of requested data
  • Maintain accounting records in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
  • Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of accounting policies and internal controls
  • Continuously improve financial procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically distributed team
  • Prior 1-3 years experience in a finance role within a high-growth, international company — ideally in the technology or consulting sectors
  • Proficiency in SAP and readiness to adopt and learn new technologies
