APCOA Italia SpA, a European leader in parking management, is seeking a Junior Digital Assistant to join the Sales team. Working with us means joining a cohesive team focused on customer satisfaction, where we value each individual's skills and knowledge. A propensity for contact with internal customers and good interpersonal relationship management and teamwork are also required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the planning, development and execution of social media campaigns
  • Support the creation of advertising campaigns on Google channels
  • Management of the company's online reputation
  • Design and support the creation of online text, photographic and video content
  • Management and development of all activities related to digital projects in the commercial sector, such as the maintenance and implementation of the company website, the development of the e-commerce platform, the development of digital marketing products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in the role or similar
  • Excellent knowledge and use of the main social media and related tools
  • Ability to generate, analyze and interpret data relating to Analytics
  • Creative content creation skills
  • Excellent skills in developing and configuring social media advertising campaigns
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge of major content management systems (CMS) – Wordpress and Typo3
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and creative writing skills for products and services
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Initiative, curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to contribute beyond their specific area of responsibility
