Job Description

Act as the first point of contact for developers integrating Phantom's SDKs and other products. Day to day, you’ll triage issues, reproduce bugs, and unblock integrations quickly through clear, friendly support. You will also contribute to our AI support chatbot as a secondary responsibility by providing training content and feedback that improves answer quality and safety.

Job Responsibility

  • Frontline Developer Support: Handle inbound questions via chat and email for SDKs, deep links, provider APIs, and integration setup
  • Triage and Escalation: Capture and create crisp internal notes with minimal repro steps, logs, screenshots, and impact for users and partner teams
  • Resolution: Diagnose root causes and identify solutions so developers building with Phantom can focus on serving their users with minimal delay
  • Documentation: Create and maintain internal and external developer documentation that enables self-service for your team, external developers, and for AI training
  • Tooling mastery: Work efficiently in Cursor/CoPilot, GitHub, browser devtools, and block explorers to reduce time to resolution while maintaining quality
  • Communication: Respond to developers with professionalism and warmth

  • Risk and abuse awareness: Recognize suspicious patterns in API usage or on‑chain activity and escalate when appropriate

Requirements

  • JS/TS across platforms: web and mobile experience (React Native, iOS, or Android)
  • Web3 fundamentals: wallets, signing, RPCs, transactions, explorers, Solana programming model
  • Frontend debugging: browser devtools and network traces
  • AI tooling literacy: experience with LLMs for support, prompt engineering, and RAG. Comfortable using Cursor and Copilot.
