This role is ideal for a commercially aware designer who enjoys producing accurate, brand-consistent artwork across print and digital channels. Working within established templates and brand guidelines, you will support the delivery of high-quality creative that enhances customer understanding, communicates information clearly and supports commercial objectives. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will collaborate closely with the wider marketing team and business stakeholders to ensure all assets are aligned to brief, produced to a high standard and delivered on time.
Job Responsibility:
Creating brand-consistent artwork for catalogues, POS, packaging, print advertising and internal communications
Producing digital assets including social media content, email templates, landing pages and digital adverts
Preparing technically accurate, press-ready files (bleeds, crops, colour profiles, resolution) for print production
Managing multiple briefs from initial file set-up through to final delivery
Conducting thorough proofing and quality control checks to ensure accuracy
Adapting artwork efficiently across different formats and aspect ratios
Accurately recording time spent on projects for reporting purposes
Supporting improvements to studio workflows, templates and processes
Proactively review briefs, identify potential risks to quality or deadlines and communicate effectively to keep projects on track
Requirements:
Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design
At least two years’ experience within an in-house marketing team or design agency production environment
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Confident using Microsoft 365 packages
Strong print production knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
A proactive, “can-do” attitude
Nice to have:
Experience or understanding of UI/UX principles, marketing practices and B2B/B2C markets
