Job Description:

The Junior Designer will assist the Design Manager with the production of a range of online and offline assets for 6 commercial business streams. (Concessions, Logistics, Bars, Catering, Technology and Brand Partnerships) and the Group. The creative assets will be used across the website, social media channels, customer-facing screens, menus and printed sales and marketing collateral.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain marketing toolkit with company templates produced with the Design Manager
  • Design collateral for all events across the calendar including but not limited to: Retail Tariff, Trellis, Scrim, A-boards, Bar tariff, Table talkers, Directional signage, Large screen content, Food & drink maps, CDU, Digital menus, Programme advertisements, Digital maps, Food vouchers
  • Design impactful digital content for CDU screens for all events
  • Create social media graphics i.e. stills, short videos, GIFs and other formats using existing photography and videography
  • Assist with assets compilation and creation for presentations
  • Edit and prepare files for print and digital outputs – manage file sizes and resolutions to ensure suitability for digital comms or high-resolution print
  • Create content, convert to video format and upload to screens (catering outlets)
  • Assist with the management of the Signage Live licence and content on portal (menu screens and CDUs)

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Degree or professional qualification in graphic design or a relevant discipline
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and self-reliant with the ability to learn quickly
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Tenacious with an eye for detail
