Job Description

Multinational organization with a global presence and a strong focus on excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. You will be part of a growing Hub organization in the Legal department of the company. This Hub will serve various countries and businesses around the world.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and adapt marketing and internal communications assets in line with the brand guidelines
  • Produce a wide range of materials, including: PowerPoint presentations and slide templates, campaign graphics and visual assets, digital and display ads, one-pagers, brochures, and internal documents
  • Apply and follow the brand rules consistently, always using Brandville and approved templates
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to translate briefs into polished, on-brand deliverables
  • Manage your own workload, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and accurately while maintaining brand integrity
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and agreed deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience of 1–2 years in a junior design, art working, or marketing design role (or strong internship / graduate experience)
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar
  • Experience working with established brand guidelines, corporate, B2B, or technology-focused marketing
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including layout, visual hierarchy, and template use
  • Fluent in English
