Job Description

The Junior Delivery Manager is a supportive operational Project Management role responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery of selected global research studies. The role focuses on execution excellence—making sure projects are delivered according to scope, timelines, and costs, with strong coordination between operations and client management teams. This is a junior-level position with an emphasis on project management capability rather than research expertise. Market research knowledge can be learned on the job; strong organizational and PM skills are critical.

Job Responsibility

  • Support end-to-end delivery of selected global studies
  • Participate in global kick-off meetings and ensure alignment between what was sold and what is delivered
  • Track project progress using timelines and trackers, identifying risks and delivery gaps
  • Ensure delivery is aligned with scope, timing, and budget
  • Act as an operational Project Manager (PM), focusing on structure, organization, and follow-through
  • Monitor deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across teams and countries
  • Support change control and manage scope adjustments
  • Provide quality control over operational deliverables before handoff
  • Support Client Management teams with inputs, questionnaires, and delivery coordination (support role)
  • Ensure alignment between internal operations, client teams, and global stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and proactively when risks, delays, or issues arise
  • Perform basic analytical review of data and deliverables to identify inconsistencies or errors
  • Support troubleshooting when quality or delivery issues occur
  • Apply structured thinking to understand project logic and execution flow

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Project Management, Operations, or Delivery roles (mandatory)
  • Experience outside Market Research is acceptable
  • PM skills are the priority
  • Preferred academic backgrounds: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications
  • Other backgrounds acceptable if strong PM experience is demonstrated
  • English: Intermediate+ (required)
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
