The Junior Delivery Manager is a supportive operational Project Management role responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery of selected global research studies. The role focuses on execution excellence—making sure projects are delivered according to scope, timelines, and costs, with strong coordination between operations and client management teams. This is a junior-level position with an emphasis on project management capability rather than research expertise. Market research knowledge can be learned on the job; strong organizational and PM skills are critical.
Job Responsibility:
Support end-to-end delivery of selected global studies
Participate in global kick-off meetings and ensure alignment between what was sold and what is delivered
Track project progress using timelines and trackers, identifying risks and delivery gaps
Ensure delivery is aligned with scope, timing, and budget
Act as an operational Project Manager (PM), focusing on structure, organization, and follow-through
Monitor deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across teams and countries
Support change control and manage scope adjustments
Provide quality control over operational deliverables before handoff
Support Client Management teams with inputs, questionnaires, and delivery coordination (support role)
Ensure alignment between internal operations, client teams, and global stakeholders
Communicate clearly and proactively when risks, delays, or issues arise
Perform basic analytical review of data and deliverables to identify inconsistencies or errors
Support troubleshooting when quality or delivery issues occur
Apply structured thinking to understand project logic and execution flow
Requirements:
Prior experience in Project Management, Operations, or Delivery roles (mandatory)
Experience outside Market Research is acceptable
PM skills are the priority
Preferred academic backgrounds: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications
Other backgrounds acceptable if strong PM experience is demonstrated
English: Intermediate+ (required)
