In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our clients to take control of their data and transition towards data-driven decision-making. We help companies stay agile during transitions by making data and technology a key part of both daily operations and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address their data challenges
  • Advise on proper data usage and implement appropriate data management activities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance frameworks
  • Assist in creating and maintaining data policies, standards, and procedures
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including data owners, analysts, scientists, and architects
  • Support the transition to data-driven work practices within client organisations
  • Conduct data quality assessments and recommend improvement strategies
  • Participate in data governance committee meetings and workshops
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience within the data domain
  • Strong knowledge of data organisation, processes, and governance principles
  • Familiarity with the Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK) framework or willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR
  • Knowledge of data quality management principles
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy and precision
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the rapidly evolving field of data governance
