As a Junior Data Engineer, you'll be part of the team responsible for designing and delivering the data products that power Fever's partner ecosystem — from real-time APIs and dashboards to data exports and automated reports. Our teams leverage modern data platforms (Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Superset, DataHub, etc.) while developing our own technology to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable data products across multiple business domains.
Job Responsibility
Develop a deep understanding of Fever's backend systems and data models
Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to translate ideas and reporting needs into clear technical requirements and data structures
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Python, DBT, Airflow, and Snowflake
Contribute to the design, build, and maintenance of partner-facing data products, including APIs, dashboards, webhooks, and file-based exports
Help ensure that all data delivered to partners is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the underlying business context
Contribute to the architecture, testing, and observability of our data ecosystem

Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
2 years of professional or project-based experience in data engineering or a related field
Solid foundations in Python and SQL
A good understanding of data modeling fundamentals and how software systems generate and expose data
Academic or hands-on project experience building data pipelines or data products
Good communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to take ownership, learn fast, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with version control (Git) and an interest in software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, observability)
Nice to have
Exposure to real-time data platforms such as Tinybird or ClickHouse
Familiarity with domains like B2B, Marketing, or Partner Reporting
Exposure to streaming or near-real-time data (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.)
