Job Description:

Junior Data Analyst role at CHECK24 located in Munich, focusing on data analysis and driving innovation for e-commerce marketplace. Involves using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools, while collaborating with a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze customer journeys and usage data to derive actionable business insights
Develop and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards, reports and tracking structures
Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and KPIs
Prepare, clean, and merge datasets to ensure high data quality
Support data-driven decision-making with self-service analytics tools
Lead and implement data feature projects from concept to go-live
Assess and integrate AI tools for business intelligence use cases
Coordinate cross-functional projects with product management, IT, and other stakeholders
Contribute to the strategic development of our product
Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and maintain direct contact with senior management

Requirements:

Strong academic background in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative field
Initial experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence
Passion for analytical, structured, and data-driven work, combined with a goal-oriented and flexible mindset
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
Fast learner with a sense of ownership, team spirit, and strong execution and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Fluent in English (C1 level)
Programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., supervised learning, LLMs) are advantageous
Experience with Tableau is a plus
