We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team and help turn data into insights that drive growth and success across our business. You will play an important role in helping our Sales and Marketing teams succeed by ensuring our CRM data in Salesforce is accurate, consistent, and easy to use.
Job Responsibility:
Cleaning, standardising, validating, and enriching CRM data in Salesforce
Ensuring CRM data is accurate, consistent, and easy to use
Keeping a close eye on data quality and following best practice data hygiene
Working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing colleagues to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and formatting issues
Standardising key data fields such as company names, job titles, employee numbers, email formats, industry classifications, and account segmentation
Using a range of tools and technologies to enrich data to improve campaign performance
Ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and ready to be used in Salesforce to support a healthy and growing pipeline
Requirements:
Some hands-on experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
Comfortable handling data imports, updates, and validation
Experience cleaning, deduplicating, and standardising large datasets
Strong eye for detail and a natural ability to spot inconsistencies or accuracy issues
Basic understanding of data quality monitoring and reporting
Interest in tracking key data metrics
Familiarity with data enrichment tools or third-party data sources is a plus
Understanding of data governance and best practice data hygiene
Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
