Job Description

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Data Analyst – Power BI (he/she) for our client from the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Preparing, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple internal systems
  • Assisting in building datasets and simple data models for reporting and analysis
  • Conducting data analysis in Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues
  • Supporting the team in running analytical tests and preparing reports
  • Helping improve existing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
  • Preparing data extracts and analytical summaries for audits and monitoring activities
  • Collaborating with analysts, auditors, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
  • Presenting basic analytical findings and insights to the team
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in reporting and analytics processes

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytical role
  • Advanced Excel skills and use Excel comfortably for data analysis and reporting
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and enjoy working with data to identify trends and patterns
  • Comfortable working with datasets from multiple sources and preparing them for analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data
  • Able to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Proactive, curious, and enjoy solving analytical problems
  • Some experience with Power BI or are interested in developing your skills in this area

Nice to have

  • Basic experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting
  • Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, or SQL
  • Experience working with large datasets or multiple data sources
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, or monitoring activities
  • Basic knowledge of data modeling or data visualization principles
  • Experience preparing presentations or analytical summaries (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Interest in data analytics, AI tools, or modern data platforms such as Snowflake
