Junior CRM Casino/Sportsbook Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns aimed at engaging and retaining players. Working closely with the Senior CRM Executive, this role focuses on operational delivery, campaign setup, basic segmentation tasks, and performance monitoring. The position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in customer lifecycle marketing within the iGaming industry.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in planning and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite messaging) for casino and sportsbook audiences
Ensure campaigns are correctly set up, tested, and delivered on time
Support the creation and application of customer segments to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to brief creative assets and conduct quality checks
Work with the CRM Executive to ensure all campaigns align with marketing calendars, promotions, and product updates
Help track and report on campaign performance using available CRM tools and dashboards
Assist with gathering insights related to player behaviour, campaign engagement, and retention trends
Support A/B testing initiatives by setting up test groups and monitoring results
Participate in last-minute campaign needs for major sporting events or casino promotions
Ensure all CRM activity follows compliance guidelines and responsible gambling standards
Stay informed about CRM best practices, industry trends, and competitor approaches to player retention
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or lifecycle marketing (iGaming experience is a plus but not required)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic understanding of CRM platforms and campaign automation tools (training will be provided)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic reports and performance metrics
Interest in customer behaviour, player retention, and lifecycle marketing
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Familiarity with casino or sportsbook products is an advantage
Experience with Optimove or Smartico is a plus but not essential
Must be Romanian and English-speaking
