Job Description:

Junior Curator position for Fever's Candlelight series, which are classical music and jazz concerts held in unique venues worldwide. The role involves curating music programs, identifying artists, and working with marketing teams to create impactful cultural experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Identify artists to play in the Candlelight Series across Europe
Curate and maintain a large number of music programs
Work as part of a team, pitching and closing concerts for classical music and jazz artists
Work with the Fever marketing team to make sure our new music programs make an impact in terms of ticket sales and music quality
Identify and negotiate price for music arrangements
Manage auditions to identify top performers
Help to scale music programs to other cities through developing and sharing best practices

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in music curation
Background in classical music and/or jazz
Perfect English is a must for this position
Both speaking and writing
Excellent knowledge of the music industry and culture
Team spirit, excellent work ethic, and friendly and warm attitude
Exceptional verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with and respond to analytics
Keen attention to detail
Strong propensity to take initiative and thrive on change
Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-geo teams toward mutual objectives

Nice to have:

French is not mandatory but a great plus
Experience in programming music or work in the music industry is a plus
Arranging skills are a plus
Knowledge about any DAW software is a plus
Other genres are a plus
