As a Junior Copywriter, you’ll help bring the voice of our global brands to life across campaigns, menus, digital content, in-store messaging, and more. You’ll work with a team of writers, designers, and marketers to deliver compelling, on-brand copy that moves fast and speaks clearly—while learning from some of the best in the business.
Job Responsibility:
Write clear, engaging copy for campaigns, social, digital, print, and in-store displays
Work alongside creatives, strategists, and brand teams to bring messaging to life across multiple consumer touchpoints
Proof, revise, and refine your own work and others
Flex voice, tone, and format to support multiple brands and a wide variety of deliverables
Participate in brainstorms, offer input on concepts, and bring fresh energy to creative discussions
Use creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project management tools to stay organized and aligned with project goals
Balance multiple projects at once while staying calm, communicative, and open to feedback
Requirements:
1–2 years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house environment
A strong portfolio that showcases writing across formats and platforms
Strong grammar, spelling, and storytelling instincts
Ability to simplify complex ideas into crisp, compelling messages
Comfortable working across different brand identities, tones, and audiences
Familiar with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
Nice to have:
Exposure to video, motion, or animation workflows
A curiosity about how writing influences those formats
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, project management platforms (like Workfront), or similar tools
