This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Walmart, and more! As a Junior Copywriter, you will join our global Copy Team made up of 60 people around the world. You will write for all digital channels, providing on-brand CRM copy that drives clicks and engagement, for German audiences. You will work closely with the Senior Copywriter to follow and improve upon creative standards, processes, and guidelines to maximise quality and minimise churn. This role requires a genuine passion for the craft of copywriting, an affinity for brand storytelling, and a keen eye for detail.
Job Responsibility:
Create clear, effective, and original copy and content for our clients’ CRM marketing
Iterate on copy changes quickly and effectively with guidance from the Senior Copywriter
Adhere to clients' tone of voice and brand guidelines
Research competitors and trends for creative inspiration
Collaborate with Designers
Contribute to team creative brainstorms
Proactively support other Copywriters regionally and globally
Requirements:
Mastery of German language and grammar
Understanding of UK and US English
Some experience as a copywriter, and a background in agency or brand is preferred
Experience in the e-commerce/retail environment a plus
Exposure to multi-channel digital copy and brand development
a background in social media content and copywriting is preferred
Ability to create marketing content that sells
Confidence in working with other Copywriters and Editors
Readiness to work at a fast pace on large marketing campaigns with many assets
An understanding of the importance of consistency across different touchpoints of a user journey
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and enthusiastically
A collaborative approach to getting things done
A supportive, proactive attitude towards projects
Nice to have:
Experience in the e-commerce/retail environment a plus

a background in social media content and copywriting is preferred
