Requirements

Degree in Economy / Business Administration / Finance & Controlling or other relevant field
1-2 years of experience in the field of Finance / Controlling / Accounting or other relevant field
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices (IFRS or HAS) or experience in audits
Ability to oversee and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain clear overview in a fast-paced environment
High fluency in Hungarian and English – German is an advantage
Good communication skills as well as analytical abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Distinct understanding of financial numbers

Job Responsibility

Supporting the monthly and yearly closing process in an accurate and timely manner (revenue accruals, provisions, intercompany reconciliations)
Regular balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Supporting the monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgeting process
Managing the billing cycle (incoming invoices / issue outgoing invoices) and monitoring payments
Working on process improvement projects
Performing internal control tasks and assisting with audits to ensure compliance with financial standards
Keeping active contact with internal departments and project managers, assisting with finance related question
