The Junior Content Writer will be responsible for creating clear, credible, and conversion-focused content for enterprise audiences. The role supports marketing, sales, and product teams by producing structured content aligned with B2B marketing and sales objectives. This role requires hands-on use of AI tools for content drafting, editing, summarization, and optimization, combined with strong human judgment to ensure accuracy, originality, and business relevance.
Job Responsibility:
Develop website pages, landing pages, blogs, solution pages, and lead generation campaign content for enterprise software and services
Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, and presentations
Produce sales enablement content, including value proposition pitch decks, and email templates – promotion mailers, newsletters, etc
Write social media posts tailored for LinkedIn and B2B engagement
Prepare technical documentation such as user guides, knowledge base articles, and release notes
Use AI-assisted writing tools to accelerate drafting while ensuring factual correctness and brand alignment
Translate technical inputs from product and engineering teams into business-friendly messaging
Ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar quality, and consistency in tone
Follow brand voice, messaging framework, and content guidelines
Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversion
Maintain version control and structured documentation of content assets
Work closely with marketing, product, UI/UX, and sales teams
Support campaign execution, website updates, and launch communications
Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly and accurately
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Candidates with strong writing portfolios and relevant B2B content experience will be considered even if the degree specialization differs
Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience
Strong command of written English with clear, concise business writing
Ability to simplify technical concepts for decision-makers and users
Structured thinking and logical content flow
Practical experience using AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for drafting and editing
Understanding of prompt structuring, response refinement, and human review of AI outputs
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keywords, and on-page optimization
