If you have 1-3 years of recruitment experience (ideally legal, but we are open to other sectors) or are a fresh graduate with a strong drive to succeed in a sales-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibility:
Full 360 recruitment: sourcing, headhunting, building client and candidate relationships
Market mapping and managing recruitment processes from start to finish
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements:
1-3 years of recruitment experience (legal preferred, but open to other sectors) or a fresh graduate with a strong interest in recruitment
Must have the right to work in Hong Kong (no sponsorship offered)
Motivated, comfortable in a sales environment, and eager to learn and grow
High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results
