As a Junior Consultant, you will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team on a wide range of renewable energy projects across all phases from early development through construction and operation. Job Responsibility:
Work on diverse renewable energy projects, including development and construction phases
Support the owner’s engineering, independent engineering, and other technical advisory services
Prepare and contribute to technical analyses, engineering inputs, and project documentation
Assist project managers and proactively support project delivery
Review, analyse, and interpret technical data
Contribute to consultancy reports and technical notes
Support development and maintenance of analytical tools and databases
Attend internal and external meetings and prepare minutes
Assist with construction monitoring and commissioning activities (occasional site work required)
Ensure all work complies with ABL Group’s QHSE procedures
Requirements:
Educated to degree level in a STEM subject
A demonstrable interest in the Renewable energy sector
Knowledge of Solar PV, Onshore and Offshore wind, or BESS is desirable
Strong MS Office, teamwork, communication and report-writing skills
A proactive mindset and the ability to prioritise workload
Willingness to travel, work flexibly, and relocate if required
Project management certification and exposure to technical advisory or Renewables consultancy is beneficial
