Job Description:

Junior ServiceNow Consultant Program starts with a 3-month paid, full-time training designed to equip participants with essential technical and soft skills. From Day 1, employees are trained by experienced consultants, work with real-life projects, and gain structured knowledge in ServiceNow. The goal is to prepare them for a long-term career in ServiceNow consulting.

Job Responsibility:

Learn basic IT concepts: networking, cloud, operating systems, databases
Develop communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Master ServiceNow Platform essentials and Administration
Implement IT Service Management, Discovery, and Event Management
Learn ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and reporting

Requirements:

Strong motivation to pursue a long-term career in IT and ServiceNow
Completed high school or university degree (preferably in IT, science, mathematics, or engineering)
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) – written and spoken
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of IT concepts such as networks, servers, databases, or cloud
Experience with JavaScript or another programming language
Understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) principles
Participation in IT projects, tech competitions, or technology communities
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from others
