You will work on project assignments, analyze customer needs, contribute to business pitches, and internal knowledge sharing. Job Responsibility:

Work on project assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager or team member, being mindful of project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting problems, conflict management, and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
assist the team in analyzing customer needs and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent experience
initial experience in operational business or management consulting (such as a previous internship or working student position)
an affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached
your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
your excellent command of English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports
your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project management tools and techniques
