We are looking for HR Administration Junior Consultant to join the HR Administration Europe team which is responsible for providing support within operational HR to our Circle K employees, managers, and internal stakeholders in 9 European countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany. As an HR Administration Junior Consultant, you will need to use your attention to detail, analytical thinking to monitor, and carry out staffing transactions in Workday, perform quality assurance controls and great communication skills to create exceptional employee experience. Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and process employee data management and organizational management requests in our global HR system (Workday) and payroll system (SAP)
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing
  • Handle incoming requests in our global Customer Service Management System Service Now
  • Provide consultation to Circle K employees across Europe on employee data management and organizational management processes

Requirements:

  • Higher education or a last-year student
  • Fluency in English (to communicate with business unit) and Latvian
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience with HR systems – Workday, SAP will be seen as an advantage
