Job Description

We are looking for an HR Administration Consultant to join the HR Administration Europe team, which is responsible for providing operational HR support to our Circle K employees, managers, and internal stakeholders across 12 European countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Currently, we are looking for a new team member to join the HR Administration Sweden team. Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and process Employee Data Management and Organizational Management requests in our global HRIS, Workday
  • Perform master and payroll data quality assurance controls
  • Handle incoming requests in our global Customer Service Management System, ServiceNow

Requirements

  • Higher education degree or final-year student
  • Fluency in English
  • Swedish language knowledge will be seen as advantage
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Multi-tasking & prioritization skills
  • Analytical mindset
