Job Responsibility
Preparing detailed reports and recommendations based on the collected data to assist senior HR professionals in making informed decisions
Assisting in the administration of payroll budget, annual review processes, salary adjustments, and incentive programs
Collect and analyze data on salaries and benefits to ensure the company's compensation program is both equitable and competitive
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date compensation records, providing ongoing support to HR and management teams
Requirements
1 year of experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Polytechnic Schools, Mathematics, or a related field
Master’s degree in Human Recourses Management will be considered as an asset
