Job Responsibility

  • Preparing detailed reports and recommendations based on the collected data to assist senior HR professionals in making informed decisions
  • Assisting in the administration of payroll budget, annual review processes, salary adjustments, and incentive programs
  • Collect and analyze data on salaries and benefits to ensure the company's compensation program is both equitable and competitive
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date compensation records, providing ongoing support to HR and management teams

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Polytechnic Schools, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Recourses Management will be considered as an asset
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
