We're looking for a Junior Community Manager to help build, grow, and deepen the CFO Connect community. This is a hands-on, highly creative role that sits at the intersection of community building, content creation, event support, and growth systems. You'll own day-to-day community engagement with a focused remit on sponsor relations, CFO Connect Pro member success, and new Pro member growth. You'll also turn community insights into valuable finance-focused content and help design scalable systems for community operations. You will work closely with the Community Lead, the Commercial Partnership Manager, the VP Marketing, and our broader marketing team.
Job Responsibility:
Member Engagement & Communication: Moderate, listen to, and engage regularly with community members
Provide support and resources via email, Slack, events, and social media
Authentically tap into community signals to surface insights and member needs
Event Coordination: Assist with coordination of virtual event programs
Support physical meetups in Paris, London, Berlin, and other EU cities
Help design and facilitate community programming (events, webinars, Q&As)
CFO Connect Pro — Member Success: Provide white-glove support for onboarding, cohort communications, scheduling, and issue resolution
Monitor engagement and satisfaction to improve programming
Maintain FAQs, help docs, and billing/invoicing coordination with internal teams
Drive New Pro Member Pipeline: Run growth campaigns across email, partnerships, CFOC content, and the existing community
Manage lead intake, qualification, and CRM hygiene
Track funnel metrics and propose experiments to improve performance
Content Creation & Scalable AI Systems: Create high-quality, finance-focused content for the community (posts, newsletters, deep dives, event recaps)
Turn community signals and member insights into a structured, living content roadmap
Build and iterate on scalable AI-powered workflows for content creation, distribution, and repurposing
Experiment with AI tools to increase content output without sacrificing quality or authenticity
Stay on top of finance trends, news, and topics that matter to CFOs and finance leaders (cash flow, M&A, finops, regulatory changes, and more)
Develop a deep understanding of the CFO Connect audience: their pain points, priorities, and the content that genuinely resonates
Use community data (Slack signals, event engagement, member feedback) to continuously refine content strategy and programming
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in marketing, community management, customer success, or a similar role
Some community-building experience — bonus if you've built your own community
Strong content creation skills: able to shape compelling content, not just coordinate
A customer-centric mindset, dedicated to exceeding member expectations
Data-driven approach: always willing to re-evaluate and course-correct
Native-level written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Comfortable being a public face with community members and building 1:1 relationships
Familiarity with project management and community tools (we use Notion, Common Room, Sequel.io, HubSpot)
Nice to have:
Experience or strong interest in B2B, SaaS, or Fintech
Comfort with growth tactics, AI tools, and content workflows
Interest in finance topics and willingness to learn deeply
What we offer:
Flexible on-site and remote policy (up to 4 days per month + 3 non-consecutive weeks per year)
Alan health insurance (fully covered by Spendesk)
Meal vouchers through Edenred (€6 per working day)
100% reimbursement on public transportation subscription
Access to Moka.care for emotional and mental health wellbeing
